✔ Fabric Zorba Blackout Features: A pleated blind with an elegant horizontal texture. The cords are hidden inside, which prevents light from passing through the cord holes, unlike single-layer pleated blinds. Zorba Blackout is a textile with a honeycomb structure. Such a honeycomb design creates an air cushion, which reduces room heating in summer and minimizes heat loss through the windows in winter. Additional insulation is ensured by an aluminum layer on the inside of the fabric. (This thermal pleated blind should not be closed with triple glazing & direct sunlight, as this could cause heat buildup and the glass to overheat. Consult your glazier for advice.) The light transmittance is 0%, making the fabric 100% blackout. The textiles are two-tone. The chosen color is on the room side, while the exterior remains plain and neutral white. The maximum fabric width is 1.5 m. Custom sizes & shapes available on request.

The rail system is well-designed in every detail and can be moved up and down smoothly, so you will enjoy it for many years. The fabric is made of 100% polyester. The cords, handles, and fittings are matched to the pleated blind and rail colors.

✔ Custom-Made: We manufacture your pleated blind precisely to your measurements. Simply specify your desired size when ordering. For the screw or adhesive variant, measure the width and height of the glass between the rubber seals. For clamp carrier installation, measure the entire window frame height and the desired width of the pleated blind. The angle or outside installation looks best when using the measurement of the running line that goes around the glass beading. Clamp carriers and angle mounting are available in 4 colors: white, gray, brown, and black, and are delivered in a matching color to the sliding rails. You can add color changes in the remarks section when ordering.

✔ EASY INSTALLATION & HANDLING: Quick and easy installation. Depending on the chosen system, it can be screwed into the glass bead with fine screws, mounted on the glass bead with angles, or installed without drilling by sticking or clamping. The pleated blind is pre-tensioned by us and is fully ready for installation. The upper and lower control rails, made of high-quality aluminum (available in 16 colors), allow the pleated blind to be adjusted smoothly. 

✔ EASY TO CLEAN: You can easily remove dust from the pleated blind using a vacuum cleaner on a low suction setting. Stains can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth. The fabric is washable at 30°C. However, avoid using harsh cleaning agents. We recommend a mild soap solution.

✔ FREE FROM HARMFUL SUBSTANCES: Our pleated fabric is free from harmful substances.

✔ SCOPE OF DELIVERY: The delivery includes the custom-made and ready-to-install pleated blind with aluminum rails and matching handles in the desired color.
