✔ Features of Zorba Blackout Fabric: A pleated blind with a honeycomb structure and elegant horizontal pattern. The cords are not visible as they run inside, which also prevents light from passing through the cord holes, unlike single-layer pleated blinds. Zorba Blackout is a fabric with a honeycomb structure. This honeycomb design creates an air cushion that reduces the warming of the room in summer and minimizes heat loss through the windows in winter. Additional insulation is provided by an aluminum layer on the inside of the fabric. ( This thermal pleated blind should not be fully closed with triple glazing & direct sunlight, as this may cause heat buildup and overheat the window. Consult your glass professional for advice.) . Light transmission is 0%, making the fabric 100% blackout. The textiles are two-toned. The desired color is on the room side, while the outside remains simple and neutral white. The maximum fabric width is 1.5 m. Custom sizes & shapes available upon request.

The rail system is well-designed down to the last detail and can be continuously moved up and down, ensuring years of enjoyment. The fabric is made of 100% polyester. The cords, handles, and fittings match the color of the pleated blind and rails.

✔ Custom-Made: We manufacture your pleated blind exactly to your measurements. When ordering, simply provide your desired size. For the screw or adhesive variant, measure the width and height of the windowpane between the rubber seals on the glass. For clip carrier mounting, measure the entire window frame height and the desired width of the pleated blind. Angle or exterior mounting works best when measuring the path around the glass bead. Clip carrier and angle mounting are available in 4 colors: white, gray, brown, black, and are delivered to match the sliding rail color. Simply add color changes in the order remarks.

✔ EASY INSTALLATION & HANDLING: Quick and easy installation. Depending on the chosen system, it can be mounted with small screws in the glazing bead or on the glazing bead with brackets, or glued or clamped without drilling. The pleated blind is pre-tensioned and delivered fully assembled. The pleated blind is infinitely adjustable via the upper and lower operating rail made of high-quality aluminum (available in 16 colors). 

✔ EASY MAINTENANCE: You can easily clean the pleated blind with a vacuum cleaner on low suction to remove dust. Stains can be easily removed with a damp cloth. The fabric is washable at 30°C. However, avoid harsh cleaning agents. We recommend, for example, a mild soap solution.
